Who created FOUND?
Born and raised in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, Chandler Cole is the rare, genuinely local real estate professional working in the area. The son of American parents, Chandler grew up in the beach communities of El Pescadero, Los Cabos and La Paz. He truly exemplifies what it means to have dual citizenship - exhibiting a deep understanding of the culture and requirements of both countries' communities.
Speaking native Spanish and English, he has spent his life as a member of the Baja Sur communities of La Paz, Los Cabos, El Pescadero and Todos Santos, building an extensive network of the best professionals, politicians and property owners. He now brings his well respected insider's perspective to his clients across the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe, offering unparalleled access, safety, ease and expert guidance to FOUND clients.
Prior to creating FOUND, Chandler was an associate broker for Berkshire Hathaway, where he leveraged his extensive knowledge of the Baja real estate market to serve clients from around the globe.
